2020 Camp Status Update (4/16/20): ALL CAMP SESSIONS CANCELLED
We remained hopeful that Texas Athletics camps would not be impacted by the COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis, but with cancellations across our campus now extending into the summer months, we will no longer be able to hold our summer camps this year. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the unforeseen circumstances that have forced us to cancel all of our camps. With that said, we wanted to let you know that you have two options for any registration fees you have already paid – you can either request a full refund or choose to defer your current registration for a future camp date. We’re extremely disappointed we will not be seeing you this summer and look forward to hosting you at camp in the future. Below are instructions on how to select your preferred option for your camp registration.
To defer your registration to a future camp date:
If you would like to defer your registration to a future camp date, no action is needed. We will automatically credit your account beginning on May 16, 2020, and you can use that credit toward a future camp date.
To request a refund:
If you would like to request a refund for camps you are registered for between now and July 31st, please email the camp at UTDiveCamp@athletics.utexas.edu NO LATER than May 15, 2020. After this date, your registration will default to a 2021 camp date and a refund can no longer be requested.
Our thoughts as a Texas Athletics Family remain on the health, safety and well-being of everyone at this time. Please take care of yourself and those around you.
The Longhorns Diving Camp Coaches & Staff
"Our goal for the Longhorns Diving Camp is to create a healthy atmosphere for learning that is safe, exciting and enjoyable. The Longhorns Diving Camp challenges divers to experience the joy of making positive mechanical changes that allow them to learn many diving skills in a short period of time. Diving Camp can be one of the best times of a young diver’s life, knowing that he or she has improved diving skills tremendously and has had an opportunity to meet other divers from around the nation."

2021 Camp Dates:
COMING SUMMER 2020!
Registration opens December 1, 2020!
The University of Texas Longhorns Diving Camp is open to any and all entrants, limited only by number of participants and age. We recommend Campers be at least 9 years old to attend the day camp, and 12 years old to attend the over-night camp. If campers are younger than 12 years old, we recommend they have at least 6 months of diving lesson/club experience. Some campers may do better as a day campers as opposed to an overnight/resident camper. We’ve found over the years that campers ages 12 years and older do not need any diving experience, just a desire to learn the sport and have fun at camp. Please consult with the diving camp’s Director if there are any concerns about the camper’s age and/or experience.
Per NCAA rules, sport camps and clinics conducted by The University of Texas are open to all entrants. Enrollment is limited only by age, grade level, gender, and capacity restrictions as specified by each camp.
NCAA guidelines prohibit payment of camp expenses (e.g., transportation,
camp fees, spending money, etc.) by a representative of The University of Texas' athletics interests. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admission for prospects (9th grade and above).
